AI is the national association for all professionals illustrators and comic artists in Italy. Since 1980 AI is dedicated to sharing and representing the common interests of professional illustration.
AI promotes its members, organises courses and offers advice in all areas of the profession: from protecting illustrator’s rights, to learning new skills and encouraging professional standards within the creative industry in Italy and Europe and the rest of the world.
Every year AI organises the Annual Book and Awards dedicated to the best of illustration produced by Italian illustrators or for the Italian market.
